“Belt Buckle Challenge”

Body-weight Circuit Training
What is a Belt Buckle challenge? Put your belt on, mark where the hole is and after 10 days of this routine, I bet you’ll have to make a new hole or make some adjustments. It’s not easy and it requires you to eat healthier to get maximum results. If you feel good after the 10 days, you could repeat the routine and there are a ton of substitutes. The sky is the limit with what you could do. Let’s get down to business.
The start is here!! There will be 4-5 circuits to perform in any particular day’s workout. There is no rest between exercises. You can take a 15-30 second rest between circuits. The goal is to complete this workout within 30 minutes!! Keep up the pace and let me know how it goes.
Equipment needed: I will outline the equipment needed for each day, so take note of what’s needed.
